Prophets Of Addiction
REUNITE THE SINNERS
MIGHTY MUSIC / SOUL FOOD

Sleazy come, sleazy go ...
If the Prophets Of Addiction in> Welcome To The Show < "sex, drugs, rock'n'roll - anything goes for the show" sing, then it is believed that the sleazy quartet led by former Pretty Boy Floyd Lesli Sanders also. He has not only dirt among the black-painted fingernails, he has it in his voice and captures the timbre of former genre greats like Taime Downe of Faster Pussycat or Tyla from Dogs D'Amour. The Prophets Of Addiction convince with cool rock'n'roll with Sleaze-, glam, punk and Gothic elements. As if The Lords Of The New Church, Hanoi Rocks and Guns' N Roses common cause would make. Of course, show and style are in this band far ahead, but the prophets also have strong and catchy songs at the start. Numbers such as the melancholic> Heart Of Mine "or the dangerous acting> Postcards From The Grave 'stuck fast, but also offer enough variety to not act simple. REUNITE THE SINNERS would have been glorious Sunset Strip-days almost certainly a hit, but deserves a chance because of the authenticity of the parties and the consistency of the music today.
7/10
